Our main club nights are Tuesday & Thursday. We meet at Three Hills Sports Park (full address and map below) at 18:30. The main training group usually do an interval session on the Cricket Field. This session is suitable for most abilities.
On these Club nights there may be other groups who will do a steady run, either around town or off-road into the hills.
On Wednesday evening there is an Aqua-Running group for members, but space is limited so please check first.
On Saturday or Sunday, we'll do either a track session (spring/summer) or cross-country training (autumn/winter).
How to Join
We now use membermojo.co.uk for on-line membership for Adults & Juniors (Year 8 upwards only). Simply click on the button to join or renew.
To take part, just come along to one of our training sessions on a Tuesday or Thursday evening at 6.30pm at the Three Hills Sports Park. Train with us for a few sessions before deciding about joining. Alternatively contact email@example.com for membership or general queries.

Folkestone Running Club is a small friendly club for runners aged from 13 years, or Year 8, upwards and ability ranging from elite to beginners in Folkestone and surrounding areas in Kent. We also have a partnership club Folkestone Running Club Juniors for the under 13 age group.
