Our main club nights are Tuesday & Thursday. We meet at Three Hills Sports Park (full address and map below) at 18:30. The main training group usually do an interval session on the Cricket Field. This session is suitable for most abilities.
On these Club nights there may be other groups who will do a steady run, either around town or off-road into the hills.
On Wednesday evening there is an Aqua-Running group for members, but space is limited so please check first.
On Saturday or Sunday, we'll do either a track session (spring/summer) or cross-country training (autumn/winter).
How to Join
To join, just come along to one of our training sessions on a Tuesday or Thursday evening at 6.30pm at the Three Hills Sports Park. Train with us for a couple of weeks and if you want to join, we can take all the required details then. Alternatively contact firstname.lastname@example.org for membership or general queries.
