1. We have been concentrating over the last couple of weeks on trying to get a good economical running style in our training sessions. In the doucument below titled 'Running Styles' we have pointed out some of the key points you should be looking at. Hope this helps. Dave
2. Keeping a training diary/log of what you are doing each day helps you keep track of what you are doing, and can help in analysing your performances and planing for the future. I use one that I have made up myself and print off, I have attached a copy below. Dave

CROSS COUNTRY TRAINING
Sessions held every Saturday at Brockhill Country Park throughout the Autumn and Winter when no Cross Country Races are being held.Meet in the Brockhill Park Carpark at 9.00. Bring Spikes or off road shoes and £2.00 for parking.Faye
AQUA RUNNING
Sessions held every Wednesday at Folkestone Sports Centre Pool. Meet Poolside at 18.15 to start session at 18.30. Cost £3.00 per person for use of swiming pool.
