Join Folkestone running club We are a small friendly club catering for runners from 16 years upwards and all ability levels in Folkestone and surrounding areas.
Many of our runners have their own personal targets - ranging from maintaining a basic level of fitness, to completing their first 10k race and improving personal bests in marathons.
We have around 100 members of whom nearly half are women.
We are a very sociable club, and after all our training sessions we invariably end up in the club house for a drink.

How to JoinIf you are interested in coming along, we meet at the Folkestone Cricket Club (behind Morrisons) every Tuesday & Thursday evening at 6.30pm. Runners are free to either "do their own thing" by arranging their own run, or for those looking to improve and achieve new goals there are organised training sessions (see training) for both the beginner and improver. Why not pop along and discover if you want to join? During the summer months it is best to contact us first or check our training session schedule as we may be at an event rather than training.
New runners are invited to join us on a trial basis for three weeks. On the fourth week of training membership fees will be due.
