Tis the season to be running .....

The 43rd Saltwood Boxing Day run took place on 26th December.  FRC members were out in full force on the approximately 3 mile trail run from Saltwood Village Hall and through Brockhill Country Park. Emily Chambers came 3rd Lady in a time of 30:57

Meanwhile, Anthony Scott ran 6 laps of the Saxon, Viking, Norman New Years Eve Fowlmead Challenge on New Years Eve clocking up a marathon distance in the extremely hard conditions.
