It was the Kent Schools Cross Country Championships on Saturday and FRC had two runners competing, representing Shepway. In the junior boys race, Joe Bruce took on the 4k course and put in a very strong performance, finishing in 25th place out of 113 runners.

In the senior boys race, Morgan West had a great run, knocking 2 minutes off his time from last year and finishing in 11th position to secure his place in the Kent team at the South East Schools Inter-Counties in a couple of weeks time.
